Job Title: Onsite Safety Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a Safety Coordinator for our upcoming peak season, scheduled to last until the end of the year with potential extension based on company needs.

Schedule: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm. Training will be in the mornings, 5:30 am - 2:30 pm, until the night shift begins, then the schedule will transition accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety programs to minimize risks and hazards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Train employees on safety procedures, accident prevention, and emergency response.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain safety records and compile safety performance reports.
• Provide guidance on hazard minimization and safety improvements.
• Organize safety meetings and collaborate with management on safety issues.
• Order and maintain safety equipment to ensure availability and functionality.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish.
