Job summary

NEOGOV in Draper, Utah is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the voice of our AI-enabled SaaS platform for public sector clients. This onsite role, Mon-Fri, engages with customers to resolve issues and optimize product usage.

You will listen, train, and troubleshoot, maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality service. A Bachelor's degree or 1+ years in SaaS support is required; HR/Public Safety software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ years’ experience in a customer support / training / implementation role – SaaS experience is a plus.
• HR and/or Public Safety software experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customers to understand what they are trying to accomplish with NEOGOV products.
• Provide guidance, training, and troubleshooting to resolve issues and empower customers.
• Communicate via written and spoken channels (email, phone, virtual meetings) to assist customers.
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up for cases requiring multiple contacts.
• Stay up to date on product changes before release and expand product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
