Job summary

NEOGOV is seeking an Account Development professional to drive customer success and revenue expansion from our Draper, Utah office. You will build relationships with key decision makers, coordinate product demonstrations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximize product adoption.

The role requires 3+ years of direct account experience, 1+ year with SaaS products, and strong communication skills. This is an on-site position with no remote option, based in Draper, UT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years working directly with customer accounts.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience with one or more SaaS products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision makers and power users.
• Resolve tasks related to NEOGOV products and demos.
• Conduct business reviews with customers to expand product usage.
• Schedule product demonstrations and assist with support escalations.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to align on territory objectives and drive upsell opportunities.
• Track KPIs and ensure customer success and retention.
