Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Service Operations Technician 2 (Finance) to perform skilled maintenance, repair, and testing of complex electronic components and assemblies for robotic systems. You will use diagnostic software and specialized test equipment to localize issues, document outcomes, and support quality and traceability.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (AA preferred) with 1–2 years of related experience, proficiency with SAP, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; AA or equivalent preferred; 1–2 years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Analyze wiring diagrams and drawings to repair and test FRUs.
• Repair complex electro-mechanical assemblies per work instructions.
• Document findings and participate in failure analysis and final tests.
• Coordinate with leads and other departments on repair status.
