The role serves as the on-site owner of Exotec systems, ensuring reliability, diagnosing issues, and guiding maintenance across North America and beyond. A hands-on engineer with 5+ years in robotics maintenance is ideal for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of robotics maintenance experience in industrial automation, warehousing or logistics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Broad knowledge of software, mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Customer service mindset and ability to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of Exotec systems at client sites.
• Oversee reliability at client sites and implement performance improvements.
• Analyze root causes of issues escalated from Exotec Control Center.
• Act as level 2 escalation for non-core products.
• Diagnose and resolve interoperability issues with clients.
• Plan and execute site software and system updates.
• Coach on-site technicians on best practices to support uptime.
• Drive maintenance procedures and process improvements across NA and globally.
• Engage with R&D and product teams on maintenance issues.
• Respond to client requests with monthly performance reporting.
