Job summary

Exotec seeks a traveling maintenance technician for its new Hypercare function. This role is foundational, supporting clients during the go-live phase with hands-on maintenance across North America. Candidates should have 3-5+ years of maintenance experience, ideally with robotics, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include maintaining systems and assisting installations in client warehouses.

The position involves significant travel, up to 100%, to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of maintenance experience, ideally with some exposure to robotics.
• Competency in mechanical, electrical and software maintenance operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of systems installed by Exotec.
• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist with installation and deployment of new systems.
