Job summary

Revlon Roanoke, VA is seeking a Manager, International Transportation Operations to lead the execution of global inbound and outbound shipments. You will oversee a team of transportation professionals, ensuring compliance with routing guides, budgets, and regulatory requirements across regions.

The role collaborates with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to optimize performance, reduce costs, and improve visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in transportation, logistics, or international freight.
• Experience managing international inbound and outbound operations.
• Experience with Ocean, Air, LCL, FCL, Parcel, Drayage, Cross-Border transport.
• Experience handling import/export documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day international transportation execution including inbound/outbound activities.
• Monitor inbound shipments for timeliness and inventory availability.
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, forwarders, brokers, and customers.
• Coach and develop transportation team members; manage workload across operations.
