Job summary

Revlon is seeking a full-time onsite Warehouse Associate at our Roanoke distribution center. You will operate equipment like reach and order-picker trucks, offload cartons, and locate/palletize freight across lanes to ensure accurate storage and loading for outbound shipments.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and at least 6 months in a fast-paced warehouse. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401k, with paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Basic math and analytical skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with supervisors/co-workers is important.
• 6 months or more experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment (e.g., reach truck, order picker).
• Offload cartons and verify accuracy during carton-to-pallet processing.
• Locate palletized freight and store in correct locations across lanes.
• Load pallets onto outbound trailers and oversee containers per weight and customer needs.
• Maintain 5S practices and uphold safety responsibilities.
