Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Virtual ICU in Aurora, CO. This full-time night-shift role combines virtual monitoring with collaboration with the onsite inpatient team to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position requires RN licensure, ICU experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion, and BLS/ACLS certification. It is an onsite role with no remote option, and a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• State licensure as an RN.
• 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship.
• BLS and ACLS certified through AHA or Red Cross with card in-hand before start date.
• BLS and ACLS cards valid through 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides top-of-scope practice in a virtual care environment using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes and supports competency validation during orientation.
• Monitors safety and quality measures and communicates recommendations to onsite team.
