Job summary

UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU role in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, dayshift, onsite with a 72-hour per two-week schedule and an hourly pay range of $35.29 to $54.71, dependent on experience. A current, active RN license and ICU experience are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship.
• BLS and ACLS certification through AHA or Red Cross with card in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Precepting new HC staff and supporting onboarding.
• Apply evidence-based practice to daily ICU care.
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
