Job summary

You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing education and precepting for new staff. Onsite position with strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship program.
• BLS and ACLS with card in-hand before start date; cards valid through sixty days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Model safety, quality, and evidence-based practice at the point of care.
• Precept or mentor new staff and learners as needed.
