UCHealth is seeking a Part Time Night RN for the Virtual ICU in Aurora, CO. This role supports remote patient monitoring from our virtual center and coordination with onsite teams to maintain safe, high-quality care.

The position requires ICU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship, along with RN licensure and BLS/ACLS. This onsite role offers night shifts and a collaborative environment focused on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• 6 months of ICU RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion.
• BLS and ACLS certification with cards in-hand before start date; cards valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides top-of-scope nursing care in a virtual care environment using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with onsite inpatient care team to monitor safety and quality of care.
• Precepts new staff and guides competency validation during orientation.
• Promotes wellness, patient-centric care and evidence-based practice.
• Communicates algorithmic interventions to unit nurses, hospital supervisors, and physicians to ensure best care outcomes.
