UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a full-time role in Colorado. The position involves day and night rotations, with on-site work only and a pay range based on experience.

Candidates must have an accredited nursing degree, RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certification. ICU experience (6 months) or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship is required. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, and collaboration in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship.
• BLS and ACLS certification through AHA or ARC with card in-hand before start date.
• BLS/ACLS valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct care in the ICU in a technically complex environment.
• Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care.
• Support preceptors and participate in ongoing education and training.
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
