Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO seeks an RN for ICU in a full-time onsite role. Work 72 hours per pay period with day/night rotation. Night shifts offer a $1,600 quarterly incentive for full-time night workers. Pay range is $35.29–$54.71 per hour, dependent on experience.

Requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and ICU experience or UCHealth Fellowship. Onsite position with no remote option, located at UCHealth UCHlth Admin, 2450 Peoria.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RN licensure.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Direct care in the ICU delivering patient-centered nursing care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.
• Adhere to evidence-based practice and safety standards; mentor new staff.
