Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced RN Administrator to lead our Richmond office. You will oversee daily operations, supervise clinical and administrative staff, and ensure high-quality, compliant home health services while maintaining a culture of accountability.

This 100% onsite role requires strong leadership, operations know-how, and the ability to coordinate across departments to improve patient care and office performance.

Competenze

• Active Virginia RN license or Compact/Multistate license valid for Virginia.
• Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience in Home Health or related healthcare setting.
• Experience supervising healthcare staff and day-to-day operations.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Richmond, VA.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Mansioni

• Provide daily leadership and oversight of branch operations.
• Lead, support, and hold clinical and administrative staff accountable.
• Oversee delivery of quality and compliant home health services.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to address patient-care needs.
• Monitor census, admissions, staffing, productivity, and office performance.
• Coordinate між departments (Clinical, Intake, Staffing, Billing, etc.).
• Identify operational barriers and implement solutions.
• Support hiring, onboarding, retention, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain survey readiness and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote accountability, communication, teamwork, and quality care.
