Job summary

Providence is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead collaboration, development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of programs that enhance professional practice within the healthcare team in Santa Monica, CA.

You will oversee education, clinical practice and safety protocols, model proactive interdisciplinary care, and participate in hiring key clinical positions within the division, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• CA RN license required on hire.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience, ambulatory and acute care; 7 years preferred.
• 3 years supervisory/management experience in ambulatory or acute care setting.

Responsibilities
