Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred), and bring 5–7 years of RN experience including ambulatory/acute care, plus 3 years of supervisory experience to guide clinical operations and staffing decisions for our Providence Clinical Network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• California Registered Nurse License required at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience including ambulatory and acute care; 7 years preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory/management experience in ambulatory or acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of programs/systems to improve professional practice outcomes.
• Share accountability for oversight of education, clinical practice, and safety protocols with implementation of new standards of care.
• Lead, role model, and drive interdisciplinary teamwork to effect change and improve patient care.
• Participate in hiring of key clinical positions within the division and guide staffing decisions.
