Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education) preferred.
- Alaska RN license upon hire or Washington RN license upon hire.
- 5 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- 3 years of clinical practice development, quality, or education experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams to develop and implement evidence-based nursing and clinical practices in the division.
- Collaborate with Nursing and Operations leaders, Educators, Quality and Safety leaders, Infection Prevention, Supply Chain, and Physicians.
- Provide expert consultation on nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with division and local leaders to implement effective communication strategies for clinical changes.
