Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Clinical Program Manager RN for the North Division Clinical Programs. The role leads teams to develop and implement evidence-based nursing and clinical practices and collaborates with Nursing, Operations, Educators, Quality and Safety, Infection Prevention, Supply Chain and Physicians to advance care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education) required.
• Alaska RN License upon hire or Washington RN License upon hire.
• 5 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• 3 years of clinical practice development, quality, or education experience.
• Ph.D. in Nursing or DNP preferred.

• The Clinical Program Manager RN leads teams to develop and implement evidence-based nursing and clinical practices.
• Collaborates with Nursing, Operations, Educators, Quality and Safety, Infection Prevention, Supply Chain and Physicians to advance nursing and clinical practice.

• Ensures best practice evidence is integrated into daily operations to improve patient outcomes.
