Intuit Inc. seeks in-store TurboTax Retail or Flagship Tax Experts to provide expert tax preparation and guidance for individuals and small businesses.

You will own client relationships, deliver personalized tax strategies, and collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to ensure a seamless service experience. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and represent Intuit professionally in a fast-paced retail setting, with some weekends and on-site hours

Formación

• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience, 30 returns/year, in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state tax rules for individuals and small businesses.
• Experience handling Business Tax returns (1065/1120-S) for multiple clients.
• Bookkeeping knowledge; QuickBooks familiarity desired.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends possible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and offer future planning advice.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and other specialists as needed.
• Build relationships with clients and grow local TurboTax client base.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
