Intuit Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail or Flagship Business Tax Experts, delivering full‑service tax preparation for consumer and business clients onsite at TurboTax stores across the United States.

You will own the client relationship, provide tax strategy and planning, and coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll and other specialists to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with ≥30 returns per year, in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience providing year-round tax guidance for small businesses.
• Must reside in the United States and obtain related state licenses if required.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Lead discovery sessions to maximize deductions and optimize tax planning.
• Guide clients through the Intuit ecosystem, linking bookkeeping, payroll, and other services.
• Develop long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Be an on-site TurboTax ambassador, engaging with the local community.
