Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as year-round Business Tax Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will handle full-service tax prep for consumer and business entities, advise on deductions, and provide planning guidance.

You will work onsite, grow the local client base, and collaborate with bookkeeping specialists to support core accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with 30+ returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with small business tax returns and year‑round guidance.
• State licenses/certificates, or ability to obtain them.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients, including complex scenarios.
• Promote Intuit ecosystem and cross-sell services like bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow local client base.
• Deliver superior customer experience in person, leveraging modern tools and marketing support.
• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
