Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as dedicated Business Tax Experts.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for consumers and small businesses, offer tax planning, and deliver personalized guidance to help customers maximize refunds and minimize liabilities. You will act as the central relationship owner, collaborate with a team of bookkeeping specialists when needed, and grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience across federal and state returns (1065/1120-S) for multiple clients.
• Personal tax prep experience in a tax practice or retail setting; 30+ returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' full financial picture and connect them to Intuit solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional guidance in-person and via Intuit tools.
