Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail or Flagship Tax Experts to assist customers with comprehensive business and personal tax services at dedicated stores across the United States.

You will own client relationships, deliver expert tax preparation and planning for sole props, partnerships, and S corps, and support bookkeeping and payroll specialists as needed. Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience (3+ years) for 20+ clients per season using commercial software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with at least 30 returns per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients, including complex scenarios.
• Develop understanding of client’s complete financial picture and offer year-round tax planning advice.
• Promote full Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, and other services where appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Lead local community outreach and marketing efforts to grow TurboTax client base.
