Knobelsdorff Electric, Inc. is seeking a Residential Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations for the 1 MW solar training program hosted onsite in Oglesby, IL, coordinating with instructional and facilities teams.

You will oversee participant orientation, housing rules, safety, and cohort culture, providing coaching and ensuring a structured, supportive environment that prepares participants for industrial solar fieldwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential program management, workforce development, social services, education, correctional reentry, or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day residential program operations onsite during training cohorts.
• Oversee participant orientation, check-in, schedules, house rules, and housing records.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, safety checks, and housing needs with support teams.
• Build a positive cohort culture focused on teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and career readiness.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and conflict resolution support to participants.
