Radias Health is hiring full-time Mental Health Support Specialists to join the Residential Support Services program in Minnesota. You'll work in a home-like setting, supporting adults with mental illness and substance use disorders, in a fully onsite environment.

The role focuses on interaction, building rapport, assisting with daily living, and implementing treatment plans under supervision. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health insurance, HSAs, retirement plan, and professional licensure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car.
• Preferred experience in mental health or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to socialize and build rapport.
• Assist residents with daily living tasks and personal hygiene.
• Administer medications under supervision and document appropriately.
• Update care plans and maintain accurate case notes.
