Job summary

RADIAS Health in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Mental Health Practitioner Supervisor to lead the Residential Support Services program, providing treatment services to adults with serious mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders.

This role offers daytime and evening shifts across multiple house locations, focusing on coordination of care, crisis prevention, and compliance with DHS and County RSS regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science plus 6,000 hours clinical experience with SPMI adults.
• OR Master’s in Behavioral Sciences with 2,000 hours clinical experience.
• Must have car, auto insurance, and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client care with case manager and treatment team.
• Develop and review service/abuse/emergency plans quarterly with the team.
• Coordinate medical appointments and transportation for clients.
• Administer medications under nurse supervision according to RSS policy.
• Lead weekly house staff meetings and prepare reports.
