Job summary

RADIAS Health is hiring a Mental Health Support Specialist to join the Residential Support Services team in Minnesota. You will work full-time in a home-like setting with adults facing mental health and substance use challenges, providing daily care, social interaction and support to meet care plans.

Shifts include evenings, days, weekends and overnights at various locations; compensation includes weekend rate of $21.50/hr and $19.19/hr for other shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Must have car, auto insurance, and valid driver's license.
• 2,000 hours of experience with mental illness.
• 2,000 hours in Corporate Adult Foster Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and respectful care to all clients.
• Interact with clients to socialize, build rapport and assist with daily needs.
• Monitor clients and implement care and behavior plans.
• Administer medications under supervision and update medication sheets.
• Plan meals, menus, activities and coordinate with staff for treatment plans.

Education

2,000 hours experience with mental illness
