Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Service Technician to uphold the physical standards of our Addison, TX properties. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, ensuring safety and functionality across buildings and amenities.

You will also document work, manage inventory, and support safety initiatives while contributing to efficient property operations. This is a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Essential responsibilities include diagnosing defects, performing repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and coordinating tasks.
• Maintain documentation and track service requests with accuracy.
• Follow inventory procedures and notify on re-ordering needs.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in routine safety meetings.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares units for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Accesses materials from maintenance department and returns unused items.
• Keeps grounds and common areas clean and well-maintained.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
• Performs routine property inspections and reports safety concerns.
