2B Living, Inc. is seeking an on-site Resident Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to oversee operations, leasing, and vendor coordination.

You will be the primary contact for residents, manage after-hours needs, and work closely with the Property Manager to stabilize the asset and support growth into a Property Manager role. The role emphasizes hands-on property management experience, problem-solving, and strong relationships with residents and owners.

• Tech-savviness—comfortable with common office tools such as Office/Google apps and AppFolio.
• 1–2 years property management experience preferred; willingness to learn.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus for diverse communities.
• Vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Availability for required on-site hours.

• Be the go-to resource for residents, addressing questions and concerns.
• Keep property operations running smoothly—maintenance, rent collections, files.
• Drive leasing success—assist showings, inspections, and applicant evaluations.
• Identify value-adding opportunities to maximize owners’ investments.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and Regional Manager to improve ops.
• Handle after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis and support admin needs.
