2B Living, Inc. is seeking an on-site Resident Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to oversee operations, leasing, and vendor coordination.

You will be the primary contact for residents, manage after-hours needs, and work closely with the Property Manager to stabilize the asset and support growth into a Property Manager role. The role emphasizes hands-on property management experience, problem-solving, and strong relationships with residents and owners.

Who You Are:

This dedicated onsite role will support a newly onboarded community and is ideal for someone with experience in larger multifamily properties, vendor management, and onsite operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leasing vacant units, coordinating capital improvement projects, and helping stabilize the asset, with a clear path for growth into a Property Manager role. As the Resident Manager for the building, you will also serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling after‑hours emergencies, rent collection, and the general upkeep of common areas - ensuring the community is well-maintained and residents feel supported day to day.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive leasing success—assist with property showings, move‑in/move‑out inspections, and applicant evaluations.

• Take ownership—work alongside the Property Manager and Regional Manager to improve operations and solve challenges.
• Step up as a leader—handle after‑hours emergency calls on a rotating basis and support other administrative needs.

What You Bring:

• 1‑2 years of property management experience (preferred)—but if you’re ready to dive in and learn, we want to hear from you..
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)—a plus for serving our diverse communities.
• Vehicle and valid drivers license required.
• Availability for required on‑site hours

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $25/hr + full housing covered
• 401K participation upon hire
