2B Living in San Francisco is seeking an On-Site Resident Manager to ensure smooth property operations and deliver outstanding resident experiences.

You’ll handle leasing of vacant units, coordinate maintenance, manage after-hours calls, and work with the Property Manager and Regional Manager to raise standards.

This part-time role offers 20-30 hours weekly, base pay $25/hour with housing provided, plus 401K and career development opportunities.

• Builds relationships with residents, ownership groups, vendors, and teammates.
• Available for required on-site hours and has a vehicle with a valid license.

Mansioni

• Be the go-to resource for residents—address questions and concerns.
• Coordinate property maintenance, manage budgets and rent collections, oversee resident files.
• Assist with property showings, move-ins/move-outs, and applicant evaluations to drive leasing.
• Identify value-add opportunities for property owners and stabilize assets.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and Regional Manager to improve operations.
• Handle after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis and support admin tasks.
