Job summary

Kitty Hawk Kites, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager – Reservations & Group Sales Coordinator (Onsite) in Kill Devil Hills, NC. This role leads the Reservations Team, drives group bookings, and supports on-site sales and customer service across multiple locations.

Responsibilities span managing calls, coordinating with operators, tracking sales performance, and guiding staff. Prior CRM and sales experience plus Microsoft Office skills are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• CRM software experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with adventure tourism recreation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person and via email, phone, text, and online chat.
• Know and understand the recreational offerings KHK provides.
• Assist in reservations and sales tasks including monitoring telephony and scheduling systems.
• Coordinate with operators and diffusing customer relations issues related to reservations.
• Promote and report on daily and annual reservations and group sales.
