Job summary

Kitty Hawk Kites is seeking an Assistant Manager – Reservations & Group Sales Coordinator to lead the Reservations Team onsite in Kill Devil Hills, NC. You will grow group sales, manage reservations, and coordinate with operators across multiple locations, while delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, reporting sales progress, and maintaining accurate schedules for recreational offerings. Prior experience in sales and CRM systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• CRM software experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with adventure tourism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reservations Team to deliver high customer service in person and online.
• Grow group sales via outreach, partnerships, and relationships.
• Track weekly concessionaire performance and respond to sales gaps.
• Supervise Reservations staff and assist scheduling and coaching.
• Manage call center and onsite activity locations as needed.
