Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of event planning, marketing, or project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Monday.com or similar PM tools preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30+ lbs and work outdoors in the elements (sun, wind, and sand).
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and evenings when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute KHK events from conception to tear-down.
• Coordinate vendors, layouts, and on-site activation.
• Manage post-event summaries and ROI reporting.
• Track inventory and distribution of marketing assets.
• Support sponsorships and community partnerships.
