Job summary

Kitty Hawk Kites, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Reservations & Group Sales Co-ordination to lead the Reservations team onsite in Kill Devil Hills, NC. You will drive customer service excellence, manage group bookings, and grow revenue from recreational adventures and rentals.

You will supervise Reservations staff, coordinate scheduling, and report weekly group sales performance to the Director. Experience in adventure tourism and CRM is a plus, with strong Microsoft Office skills and

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• CRM software experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person and via email, phone, text, and chat.
• Grow group sales by booking and managing reservations and group adventures.
• Supervise Reservations staff and coordinate scheduling and coaching.
• Manage Reservations and Group Sales reporting and lead tracking.
• Coordinate with group leaders and community partners to expand business.
• Track concessionaire sales and implement sales improvement initiatives.
