Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Reservationist for Wells Fargo corporate conference centers. This onsite role supports booking requests, answers inquiries, and manages event space across 13 markets in the United States, including St. Louis, MO.

You will handle calls, emails, and appointments with a focus on Platinum Service Standards. Candidates should excel in customer service, communication, and using reservation software.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Superior verbal and written communications skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and make decisions when faced with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls on the inbound line and processing event requests.
• Manage room bookings using reservation system to maximize utilization.
• Provide confirmations and guide customers through the reservation process.
• Support on-site needs, including room setup and catering placement.
