Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Reservations Specialist for an onsite role supporting Wells Fargo corporate conference centers. The candidate will manage inquiries, process event requests, and handle room bookings across multiple locations in the United States.

This position requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings. Candidates may be based at Wells Fargo sites in Minneapolis, St.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Superior verbal and written communications skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and make decisions when faced with ambiguity.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to include evening hours.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable on all Connections site information; able to answer questions and/or research information regarding specific Connections locations.
• Respond to and process all incoming event requests and emails.
• Answer calls on the inbound call line.
• Handle meeting room bookings using reservation systems and maximize space utilization.
• Send initial confirmations to customers to confirm basic details of their meetings.
• Guide customers through the reservation process including booking space and access resources.
• Identify escalation points for Reservations, including multi-city events.
