Responsibilities

• Answer questions and research location information for Connections sites.
• Respond to and process event requests and emails.
• Answer calls on the inbound line and manage bookings.
• Schedule meetings and maximize room utilization using the reservation system.
• Send initial confirmations and guide customers through the booking process.
• Assist with in-person setup and onsite customer communications as needed.
• Escalate reservations for high-profile events as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
