Job summary

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Research Associate II for an onsite, 12+ month contract with a Global Biotechnology Company located in Tucson, AZ. This role supports a team advancing health by developing diagnostic solutions and enabling data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include conducting research and laboratory experimentation, preparing reports, and maintaining GMP/GLP documentation. The candidate will review literature, discuss results with the team, and may act as a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences preferred)
• 2-4 years of relevant post-college experience
• Master’s degree or Ph.D will not be considered for this role

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation and other scientific activities
• Exercise technical expertise and discretion in the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments that contribute to project strategies
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses
• Present and discuss results of experiments within the department and project team
• Maintain a high level of professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature
• Follow company policies and procedures for GMP, GLP, Design Control, and others as appropriate
• Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic files
• May act as a principal investigator in conducting own experiments
