Qualifications

• Hands‑on laboratory experience in designing and executing experiments.
• Experience developing or evaluating laboratory methods and techniques.
• Ability to independently execute complex experiments and troubleshoot.
• Experience in assay development, molecular diagnostics, or IVD is relevant.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experimental plans to support R&D objectives.
• Perform hands‑on laboratory experiments, document observations, and analyze experimental data.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot laboratory methods, techniques, and workflows.
• Prepare technical reports, protocols, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant laboratory records and documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements to laboratory processes, methods, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Prepare and present experimental procedures, results, and recommendations to project and technical teams.
• Train and mentor junior research and laboratory personnel in areas of technical expertise.
