Tailored Management in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Research Associate III (Personalized Healthcare Solutions) for a 1-year contract onsite. The role conducts research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experiments to support diagnostic and assay development, applying technical expertise to design, execute, and interpret experiments.

Qualifications include a bachelor's in Life Sciences, 4–6 years lab experience, and knowledge of GMP/GLP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences required; Master’s considered with up to one year of relevant experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant post-college laboratory or research experience.
• Strong experience conducting, analyzing, and documenting scientific experiments in a laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, Design Control, and laboratory quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments and scientific studies to support research and development initiatives.
• Design, execute, analyze, and interpret experimental data with minimal supervision.
• Prepare technical reports, protocols, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
• Present and discuss experimental results with project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic records.
• Follow GMP, GLP, Design Control, and other applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with scientific literature and emerging technologies relevant to assigned projects.
• May serve as the principal investigator for assigned experiments and studies.
