Job summary

JM Test Systems is seeking an Onsite Rental Coordinator in Cameron, Louisiana, to ensure equipment is issued correctly, calibrated, and ready to rent. You'll operate from the onsite turnaround trailer and serve as the link between JM Test Systems, customers, and contractor personnel.

The role emphasizes hands-on, high-volume work during plant turnarounds, with strict attention to detail, inventory control, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industrial plant turnaround experience.
• Current TWIC card and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DISA background check and drug test.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high volumes.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Issue equipment right the first time and log transactions.
• Stage equipment ahead of the next shift to prevent delays.
• Inspect returns and document damage or missing accessories.
• Prepare equipment for rent, cleaning and tagging as needed.
• Keep inventory accurate with routine counts and min/max levels.
• Complete data logs, timecards, and daily inventory reports.
• Represent JM Test Systems onsite with professional service.

JobSummary — The Opportunity

During a plant turnaround, every hour counts, and crews needthe right test equipment, working and ready, the moment they ask for it. As ourOnsite Rental Coordinator, you'll be the person who makes that happen.

In this role, you will work from our onsite turnaroundtrailer at Venture Global's Calcasieu Pass 2 (CP2) facility in Cameron,Louisiana, serving as the direct link between JM Test Systems and customer andcontractor personnel. You'll issue and receive instrumentation and electricaltest equipment, keep inventory accurate, and make sure every returned item isinspected, cleaned, and back to ready-to-rent status for the next shift.

KeyResponsibilities & Outcomes

• Issueequipment right the first time. Verify availability, calibration status,and accessories, test operation, and capture every transaction in our mobilebilling and inventory system.
• Stayahead of the next shift. Stage equipment in advance so crews get what theyneed without delay.
• Inspectevery return. Check returned units against company photos and checklists,identify missing accessories, and document, photograph, and segregate damagedequipment, sharing findings with the local hub.
• Getequipment ready to rent. Clean equipment to company standards, removecustomer markings, verify function, recharge, and replace asset and accessorytags as needed.
• Keepinventory accurate. Conduct routine counts, maintain min/max accessorylevels, update equipment records, and communicate service or product needs tothe local hub.
• Reportwith accuracy. Complete data logs, transaction paperwork, and timecards,and provide daily reports on issue, receipt, and inventory activity.
• RepresentJM Test Systems onsite. Deliver timely, professional service to plant andcontractor personnel.

WhatYou Bring

• Required:High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required:3+ years of industrial plant turnaround experience.
• Required:Current TWIC card, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a DISAbackground check, plant security screening, and drug test.
• Required:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with plant andcontractor personnel.
• Required:Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately process highvolumes of transaction paperwork.
• Required:Basic computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Preferred:Vocational or associate's degree.

Work Environment & Schedule

This role is based in an onsite turnaround trailer at anactive industrial plant. Please be prepared for:

• Open-air conditions and variable weather,including extreme heat and cold, plus plant noise and industrial traffic
• Standing 8–10 hours per shift, climbing stairsand industrial ladders, and lifting up to 50–55 lbs. unassisted
• Extended shifts that ramp up through theturnaround: starting around 6 days a week at 10 hours, building toward 12-hourshifts and 13-days-on/1-day-off schedules during peak windows, including someweekends and holidays
