Job summary

JM Test Systems LLC seeks an Onsite Rental Coordinator to directly interface with customers and contractor personnel at a dedicated onsite location. You'll issue equipment, verify status, and keep inventory accurate while moving workflow in a high-activity turnaround environment.

Based at a plant facility, you will manage daily transactions, stage gear for shifts, and report activity. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, solid communication, and basic computer skills to operate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates preferred.
• 3+ years industrial plant turnaround experience.
• Valid TWIC card and ability to pass background checks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Issuing equipment to site personnel and recording transactions in the mobile system.
• Verify availability, calibration status, and accessory accuracy before issue.
• Inspect equipment for damage, replace accessories, and test operation.
• Stage equipment for upcoming shifts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Provide daily issue/receipt/inventory reports and keep logs up to date.
• Assist with on-site workflow and safety compliance during turnaround.

Job description

JM Test Systems is seeking an Onsite Rental Coordinator, youwill directly interface with customer and contractor personnel at a dedicatedonsite location, ensuring requests for instrumentation and electrical testequipment are fulfilled in a timely, professional manner. Operating primarilyfrom an onsite turnaround trailer at Venture Global's Calcasieu Pass 2 (CP2)facility in Cameron, LA, you'll issue and receive equipment, keep inventoryaccurate, and keep the onsite work flow moving between issue and receiptoperations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Accuratelyissuing equipment to site personnel and capturing every transaction in themobile billing and inventory system
• Verifyingavailability, calibration status, and accessory accuracy before equipmentgoes out
• Checking,replacing accessories, and testing equipment operation prior to issue
• Stagingequipment in advance for upcoming shift needs
• Inspectingreturned equipment and accessories for damage, segregating compromisedassets as needed
• Confirmingcompleteness of returned units against company photos and checklists
• Documentingand photographing damaged equipment and communicating findings to thelocal company hub
• Conductinginventory checks on receipt to identify missing accessories
• Cleaningequipment to company quality standards, including removal of customerstickers and markings
• Verifyingfunctionality and recharging equipment to "ready-to-rent" status
• Replacingasset numbers and accessory tags as needed
• Conductingroutine inventory counts and communicating service or product needs to thelocal hub
• Maintainingminimum/maximum accessory inventory levels and updating equipment records
• Completingdata logs, transaction paperwork, and timecards accurately
• Providingdaily reporting on issue, receipt, and inventory activity

Work Environment:

• Basedonsite in a turnaround trailer at an active industrial plant facility
• Exposureto open-air conditions and variable weather, including extreme heat andcold
• Standingfor 8-10 hours per shift, with climbing of stairs and industrial ladders
• Liftingand moving equipment up to 50-55 lbs. unassisted
• Exposureto plant noise and industrial traffic
• Continuousdata entry and documentation using a mobile billing and inventory system
• Extendedshift schedules that ramp up over the course of the turnaround, startingaround 6 days a week at 10-hour shifts and building toward 12-hour and13-days-on/1-day-off schedules during peak windows, including someweekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent (Vocational or Associate's degree preferred)
• 3+years of industrial plant turnaround experience
• CurrentTWIC card
• Cleandriving record and ability to pass a DISA background check, plant securityscreening, and drug test
• Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills for working with plant andcontractor personnel
• Strongattention to detail and the ability to accurately process high volumes oftransaction paperwork
• Basiccomputer skills, with the ability to learn multiple software systems
