Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination.
• At least 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent data entry with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage calendars and scheduling best practices.
• Professional communication and proofreading skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Make Ready Technicians to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects.
• Process purchase orders and procure materials promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and schedules.
• Identify and resolve project issues or delays.
• Communicate status and challenges to management and stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
