Job summary

Open House Texas/Atlanta Realty & Investments seeks a Field Supervisor to lead renovation projects for single-family properties in the Atlanta area. You will estimate repair costs, coordinate repairs, supervise contractors, and ensure projects meet company standards before listing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in real estate renovation management, strong budgeting and Excel skills, and a valid driver’s license. Travel to markets as needed and background screenings are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Georgia/Texas Driver’s License with clean record.
• 3+ years in field supervision or real estate renovation management.
• Experience leading renovation teams and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of single-family residential renovations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create/maintain walkthrough spreadsheet to estimate repair costs.
• Review/schedule/coordinate repairs and estimates for approval.
• Oversee readiness of properties for leasing and ensure standards.
• Conduct final walkthroughs to verify completion per specs.
• Triage and scope vacated properties for renovation/leasing.
• Oversee contractors/vendors to complete approved scope items on time.
• Finalize purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
