Saint-Gobain Ceramics Division is seeking an onsite Reliability Process Engineer for our Amherst, NY facility. You will lead maintenance, facilities, and reliability initiatives to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation, driving equipment reliability and capital projects to boost safety, productivity, and cost performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 5–7 years in manufacturing, maintenance, or reliability engineering roles.
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.
- Experience with reliability systems and SCADA/MES platforms (e.g., Ignition) preferred.
Responsabilités
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and efficiency.
- Manage maintenance teams and contractors to ensure safe, high‑quality execution.
- Lead capital projects from concept through execution, including scope, vendor selection, and implementation.
- Oversee plant infrastructure systems including utilities, power generation, water, and compressed air.
