Grace is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer to join our Curtis Bay plant in Baltimore, MD. You will partner with maintenance supervisors and process engineers to develop and manage equipment maintenance plans and drive reliability across 24/7 operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a STEM engineering field and 3+ years in process manufacturing maintenance/engineering, with experience in GMP environments and familiarity with SAP PM and MS Office. On-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM Engineering field.
• 3+ years Maintenance/Engineering experience in a process manufacturing environment.
• 24/7 Manufacturing experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Experience in Food, Heavy Industry and/or Chemical manufacturing using pumps, grinders, rotary equipment, or dryers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage equipment maintenance plans for area equipment.
• Update Preventative Maintenance Plan (PM), Condition Monitoring Routes in SAP.
• Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)/Failure Mode Elimination Analysis (FMEA).
• Assist with emergencies and unplanned breakdowns.
• Identify critical spares and recommended spare parts inventory levels.
• Identify and scope potential reliability improvement projects.
• Contribute to maintenance planning and execution for outages. Participate in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
