Qualifications

• GED or HiSET is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Bi-lingual ability is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet, register, and collect patient information and demographics.
• Collect patient responsibility payments at registration.
• Coordinate with hospital departments for accurate registration and referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect patient data.
• Explain billing/insurance data to patients and gather required signatures.
