Job summary

Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking a highly motivated onsite operations lead to manage a field technician team across utility solar and storage sites. You will drive preventive and corrective maintenance, uphold safety and compliance, and coordinate with the EPC partner and CCR personnel to reach substantial completion and reliable performance.

The ideal candidate has NABCEP Certification, at least 3 years in PV maintenance, experience with SCADA, DAS, UPS, and the ability to read electrical

Qualifications

• Experience managing a diverse field team in solar operations.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on utility-scale PV maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical diagrams; ability to read SLDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of field service technicians and contractors.
• Oversee daily operations across solar and storage sites for uptime.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with EPC and CCR personnel to reach substantial completion.
• Manage parts, budgets, vendors, and logistics.
